UNDER ONE ROOF: The Factory Kitchen - sixth+mill pizzeria - BRERA Ristorante To Go Service

Our 3 restaurants are combining UNDER ONE ROOF to offer a to-go dinner service that allows for a safe and contactless pickup. Each restaurant will offer their own “Experience” family style menu, with additional a-la-carte dishes, cocktails, wine, beer, and pantry items.

Dinners available Wednesday - Saturday, with pick up times between 3 and 8 p.m.

The service will be executed from our sixth+mill pizzeria - BRERA Ristorante kitchen and pick up will be located in the parking lot.

We want to thank you for your support while we all navigate our way through the county’s Roadmap to Recovery. Our team is working hard to rebuild while we await serving in dining rooms again. Until then, we hope to see you at our pickup location soon!

We hope that you are in good health and you are staying safe!

My partner, Chef Angelo Auriana and I are excited to announce our first step in re-opening our doors to our city.

Starting on Thursday May 28, our restaurants will be offering a weekly to-go dinner service that allows for a safe and contactless pickup. Our weekly offerings are designed to represent some of our most popular dishes from each of our restaurants, with the option to add bottled wine and select cocktails.

Our to-go dinner service will initially be available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with pick up times available between 3 and 8 p.m. Each week, our menu items will change, and we will publish the details every Friday prior on Tock. Through Tock, you will be invited to place a pre-order and select a pick up time.
